Regarding Medical Emergencies

During Clinic Hours
If possible, please call the office before leaving home
   1) To make sure that there is a doctor on the premises     
   2) To allow the staff to pull your records
   3) To prepare the doctor and staff for the emergency
   4) To give you instructions regarding the care of your pet during transport
   

During lunch break (12:00 noon to 3:00 PM)
Your phone call (during lunch) is forwarded to our answering service. Please wait for instructions before
proceeding to the clinic. If the answering service fails to contact us, and you feel that your emergency 
is critical and cannot wait, please call Jornada Veterinary Clinic, located on Saturn Circle, off Hwy 70. 

All weekdays after 6:00 PM, weekends, and Holidays

Dialling (575) 526-1672 after hours gives you a direct line to the Veterinary Emergency Service.
