Regarding Medical Emergencies
   During clinic hours:
   If at all possible, please call the office before arriving for several reasons:
     1) To make sure that there is a doctor on the premises to handle your emergency
     2) To allow the staff to pull your records and to prepare the doctor for the emergency
     3) To give you instructions regarding the care of your pet during transport

   During lunch break (12:00 noon to 1:30 PM)
   Your phone call during lunch will be forwarded to our answering service. 
   Please wait for instructions before proceeding to the clinic. If the answering service 
   fails to contact us, and you feel that the emergency is critical and cannot wait until we
   reopen, call Jornada Veterinary Clinic, located on Saturn Circle off of Hwy 70.

   All weekdays after 6:00 PM, weekends, and Holidays
  Calling our clinic number (575) 526-1672, after hours gives you a direct line to the 
  Veterinary Emergency Service. You may also call them directly at 527 - 8100. The
  clinic is located on the corner of El Paseo and Wyatt.
